These services only apply to products purchased from Williams, we do not install 3rd party items.
We offer a full delivery & installation service within 20 miles of our postcode S8 0SP. We also offer a free click and collect service here at 783 Chesterfield Road.
- Standard Delivery* only of Large Domestic Appliances and TV’s – FREE (within 20 mile radius) - if you outside this area you can contact us to discuss using our web chat, call us 0114 2554341or email sales@williams-electrical.co.uk.
- Audio and Recording Boxes delivery and removal - £10

Smart Installation - £59 please note this does not include us logging into 3rd party apps on your behalf.
Bespoke Wall Installation – FROM £95.00 (excluding bracket)
If required, remove the old TV for recycling £15.00
As part of these services, we will, where chosen:
- Unpack your new television and take away the packaging for recycling
- Mount your TV on a suitable wall/stand
- Setup your television so that it can pick up channels
- Connect any ancillary equipment such as Blu-ray players, sound bars or games consoles
- Briefly demonstrate the basic remote-control functions
- Ensure any software updates are started.
Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:
- You have all compatible accessories and cables
- The TV will fit on any existing bracket or stand
- All cables will reach the TV
- There is easy access to the power supply
- There are enough power sockets within the area you have chosen to put the TV
- It is easy to access where the TV is going to be installed
What we do not do:
- Any cabling under floors or carpets
- Alter any electrical connections in your property including aerial connections
- Install the product if there is a risk to the customer or fitter
- Sign in to any 3rd party apps such as iPlayer due to data protection.
Freestanding Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Dishwashers

Delivery and Connection including disconnection of an old appliance - £35
Removal and Storage of an old appliance for recycling - £15
Please note that this service is only available when replacing a like-for-like appliance.
As part of these services, we will, where chosen:
- Disconnect and remove the old appliance for recycling
- Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging
- Connect the new appliance to existing pipework or electrical supply (13 amp plug-in only)
- Level and fit neatly in the space
Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:
- Your appliance will fit into the existing space
- There is easy access to the existing pipework
- Your stop valves are working correctly (for connection of any wet appliance)
What we do not do:
- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.
- Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.
- Plumb two waste pipes into one waste connection
- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

- There is easy access to the power sockets
- Your stop valves are working correctly (for connection of any wet appliance)
What we do not do:
- Alter any part of the customers property to gain access.
- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.
- Complete any complex carpentry work to the fabric of the kitchen
- Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.
- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines
American Refrigeration
Standard delivery only - £55
Delivery and Connection including disconnection of an old appliance - £80
Removal and Storage of an old appliance for recycling - £35
Available on all freestanding American refrigeration
If this is a new installation, both the water supply and power socket must be within 1 metre of where the appliance will be fitted
As part of this service, we will:
- Disconnect and remove the old appliance for recycling
- Check that there is sufficient plumbing and electric connections for new installs
- Unpack your new product, remove and recycle of the packaging
- Remove the doors and re-fit for restricted access.
- Connect the new appliance to existing pipework or electric supply
- Level and fit neatly in the space
Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:
- Your appliance will fit into the existing space
- Your appliance will fit though all doors and passageways
- There is easy access to the existing pipework
- Your stop valves are working correctly (for connection of any wet appliance)
What we do not do:
- Alter any part of the customers property to gain access.
- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.
- Complete any complex carpentry work to the fabric of the kitchen
- Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.
- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines

Available on integrated and built-in appliances: dishwashers, washing machines, washer dryers and tumble dryers.

Please note that this service is only available when replacing an existing integrated or built-in appliance and we only install to existing connections.
As part of this service, we will:
- Remove the old appliance for recycling
- Unpack your new product, remove and recycle the packaging
- Remove the plinths and panel door of your old appliance
- Connect the new appliance to existing pipework or electric supply
- Do any basic carpentry work required (e.g. drilling holes)
- Level and fit neatly in the space
- Fit the existing panel door to the new appliance
Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:
- The existing panel door is in a suitable condition to be re-fitted, and suitable for the new product chosen.
- Your appliance will fit into the existing housing– we can help with this.
- There is easy access to the existing pipework
- Your stop valves are working correctly (for connection of any wet appliance)
- There is sufficient access for ventilation tubes (tumble dryers)
What we do not do:
- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.
- Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.
- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines
- Make any alterations to worktops
- Provide replacement furniture doors
Integrated /Built-in Fridge Freezers, Fridges and Freezers
Available on built-in fridge freezers, freezers and fridges.

As part of this service, we will:
- Remove the old appliance for recycling if selected
- Unpack your new product, remove and recycle of the packaging
- Remove the plinths and panel door of your old appliance
- Do any basic carpentry work required (e.g. drilling holes)
- Level and fit neatly in the space
- Fit the existing panel door to the new appliance
Before ordering installation, you should ensure that:
- Your appliance will fit into the existing space and through all doors and passageways. We can check this for you if you chose to have a site survey.
- The existing panel door is in a suitable condition to be re-fitted. Size and hinge fitting, sliding or fixed.
- Your appliance will fit into the existing housing – we can help with this.
- There is easy access to the work site.
What we do not do:
- Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections.
- Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or customer at risk.
- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines
- Make any alterations to worktops
- Provide replacement furniture doors
Integrated /Built-in Cooking
Available on Electric Ovens, Electric Hobs,
LPG & Gas Hobs we do not install.

- You have the correct electrical supply for the product
What we do not do:
- Make any alterations to existing electrical connections.

- Connect the appliance if it does not meet safety guidelines
- Make any alterations to worktops
In all cases if there are more than 4 steps (up or down) to access the delivery site there will be an additional charge of £15.
Delivery timescales
When an order is placed with Williams Electrical, we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery date and confirm stock availability. We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days.
